Oggi piove e quindi non sono andata fare la spesa (vivo di avanzi e scorte), però volevo farmi i muffin e, non avendo uova, ho usato una busta di preparato che tengo appunto di scorta.
I muffin sono okay, quando li faccio io sono molto meglio, però sono rimasta colpita dalle istruzioni:

alla fine suggerisce, per chi vive tra i 1000 e i 2000 metri di altitudine, di aggiungere un cucchiaio di farina al preparato... interessante, non ho mai visto le istruzioni di cucina tener conto dell'altitudine, per esempio nelle scatole di pasta nessuno dice che se sono in montagna devo cuocere per più tempo perché l'acqua bolle prima dei 100°C
at the end it suggests to add a spoon of flour at high altitude... it is interesting, I have never seen the recipes to take into account the altitude, for example in the pasta's box nobody says that I have to cook for long time if I am un in the mountains because the water boils at a lower temperature
Sono qui che litigo con Windows sul pc... si, sto usando Windows, ma ho un buon motivo, ho un nuovo giocattolino che funziona sotto Windows e lo sto provando (solo finché non trovo come farlo andare sotto Linux). Sarà mai possibile che ho dovuto riavviare il pc 4 volte per gli aggiornamenti (e ogni tanto altri programmi saltano fuori che si vogliono aggiornare!! bastaaaa!!), in più il touchpad funziona diversamente e clicco sbagliato... già devo usare Winzoz tutta la settimana, perché mi faccio del male anche nel weekend???
I am currently fighting Windows... yes, I am using Windows, but I have a good reason because I need to try my new toy that works only under Windows (only until I find a way to make it works under Linux). It is possible I had to restart my pc 4 times because some updates (and sometimes a popup about something else that wants to update comes up!! Enough!!!), and the touchpad works in a different way... I have to use Windows all week, why do I do this to myself on the weekend??

Giovedì c'è stato il book club (day 84), domani pubblico la recensione e i commenti del libro che abbiamo letto. La ragazza che ospitava questo mese ha un gattone un po' selvatico.
Ieri sera (day85) invece ho passato la serata a configurare il mio giocattolino nuovo:

Sonos Play1... a quanto pare un regalo di compleanno era ancora in giro ed è arrivato con un po' di ritardo. Sono felicissima, è da ieri che ascolto un sacco di musica!

Oggi giornata rilassante, ho avuto tempo per farmi le unghiette e ho provato il secondo colore nuovo comprato la scorsa settimana. Ho anche provato un nail striper per fare le righette, ma non ho ancora capito bene come dosare la quantità di smalto, quindi ci dovrò lavorare sopra. Questo è il risultato dell'esperimento:
