Ecco, bene, è passato un mese e ancora non ho raccontato che sono stata ad Old Town Alexandria, in Virginia (che non è distantissimo, ma solo dall'altra parte di DC rispetto a dove vivo io).
Il motivo per andare lì è stato il compleanno del figlio di due anni una mia collega.
Le feste per bambini qui sono divertentissime! Al mio prossimo compleanno voglio anche io una cosa così. La festa è in qualche sala con giochi, scivoli, materassoni e cose da arrampicarsi. I bambini giocano e corrono per tutto il tempo, a parte nel momento in cui mangiano una fetta di pizza e poi la torta.
Gli adulti intanto guardano invidiosi!!
It has already been a month and I still have to tell about Old Town Alexandria, in Virginia (not really far, it is at the other side of DC respect to where I live).
The reason to go there was the birthday party of the two years old son of one of my labmates.
The birthday party for children are amazing here!! At my next birthday I want something similar.
The party is in a place with toys, slides, mats, and things for climbing. The children play and run all the time, stopping only for pizza and the cake.
The adults, in the meantime, look at them with jealousy!!
