Innanzitutto sono ufficialmente certificata come insegnante di yoga Ashtanga... non so nemmeno io come sono sopravvissuta al corso, ma ce l'ho fatta e sto anche continuando a praticare per conto mio. Oltre ad aver trovato delle cavie per provare ad insegnare.
First, I am now cerified as Ashtanga Yoga teacher... I am still not sure how did I survive the intensive course, but I made it and I am also practicing by myself everyday. Also, I have a couple of test subjects to try my teaching skill.

peccato che questa giornata di sole sia stata l'unica in 10 giorni e sinceramente le nuvole hanno proprio stufato. Non sono più abituata al tempo che non cambia 4 volte in un giorno.
the problem is that this picture was taken in the only sunny day in 10 days and I am tired of cloudy weather. I am not use anymore to a weather not changing 4 times in a day.
Sto più o meno vivendo in un limbo, ma almeno ho il tempo per farmi la manicure.
I am living in a limbo outside of reality, but at least I have time for my manicure.
